The session of AMA (Ask Me Anything) with Mizuchi Dev was conducted on 8th July 2021 at 7:30 PM IST.
AMA at @CrytoPlayers started with a brief introduction by Mizuchi. Here are some highlights of the AMA.

Tell us about Mizuchi, how does it work?

Mizuchi is much like other tokens out there but unlike them, Mizuchi is not just another clone and has unique tokenomics. It implements a decreasing tax algorithm as opposed to just having constant high taxes that is very much prevalent now in the erc20 space.

How does Mizuchi work and what utility does it have?

To summarize its implementation, it does the following: Decreasing Buy Tax — for each time you buy within 30 mins, your buy tax will decrease by 2%
- Starts at 10% then 8% then 6% then a minimum of 4%
- if you don’t buy again after 30 minutes has elapsed, your buy tax resets at 10%
Decreasing Sell Tax — Sell tax starts high but decreases dramatically the longer you hold
— The timer starts from when you last bought
Breakdown:
— First 5 minutes: 35%
— 5 minutes to 30 minutes: 25%
— 30 minutes to 1 hour: 20%
— 1 hour to 3 hours: 15%
— after 3 hours: 10%
the beauty with this is that it's built for a long term, the high taxes only relevant for those that bought and sold during our launch.

Many projects have interesting origin stories. What gave you the motivation to build a unique project like Mizuchi?

Our initial main motivation was actually our frustration with the increasing amount of scams out there. we wanted to make sure we add to the number of legitimate projects that launched. Uniqueness wise, our tokenomics implementation was built because we wanted to promote long term meme coins. We’ve seen too much that just die within a few hours from launch.

Whats the usecase of this meme token?

To be honest, as with others there is currently no real-world use case yet, but all cryptocurrencies started there, the goal is to get a strong user base first, even BTC started as such, it will be difficult to create real-world use-cases if there is not a large user base supporting the currency.
Could you please provide some progress on your Roadmap and what results Mizuchi has achieved so far? What are your upcoming plans?

We had a very successful launch but that should just be the beginning. Our goal right now is to promote long term growth for Mizuchi and that is also why we are here.
The team is also working to get Mizuchi listed on coingecko and coinmarketcap
aside from this, we’re trying to come up with a rewards/incentive program that will encompass current holders of mizuchi.

What makes you feel confident about the survival and sustainable success of your project in the near future? As you build your project, do you take into account the comments and demands of the community?

Definitely yes. Our survival solely depends on the support of the community so we feel strongly about listening to community demands.
as I mentioned, we will be coming up with different rewards incentive programs to reward those that believed us from day 1 and encourage new investors in investing as well. Having seen some people still holding mizuchi gives us hope of achieving our goals.

What is Mizuchi revenue model? In which ways do you generate revenue/profit? So many projects just like to speak about the “long term vision and mission” but what are your short terms objectives? What are you focusing on right now?

Our revenue comes from fees collected from the taxes. These taxes are divided and most of it is currently used for marketing and doing manual buybacks. Over the course of the next few weeks, the team will be converting buyback funds to further our marketing initiatives and kick start our planned rewards programs.

What are the risk management policies that Mizuchi uses to safeguard the investments and credits granted by its platform? How do you really ensure that there is a backup base to rely on in the face of any situation or sudden change in the commercial markets?

The initial steps taken to safeguard investments are simple:
- Mizuchi’s smart contract was kept as simple as possible to prevent any unforeseen exploits
- Liquidity is locked
- Ownership of the contract has been renounced.
Now, as you can see from my previous comments, we will be shifting our focus to marketing and incentives. We believe that no matter what sudden change happens in the near future, an investor being rewarded accordingly will remain as one of the focal points for success.

Scam project do hide behind tokenomics, statistics and lot of promise, so I want to ask how can a crypto user identity a genuine project using your project as a usecase??????

the best way is to become familiar with a solidity which is the language used to create these smart contracts. if this is not possible, there are tools today that help check the validity/safeness of smart contracts. it's still in the early stages but they should serve as a good start.

absolutely, social media is definitely one of the avenues to keep connected with the community, aside from this, we are looking for long term partners/influencers that will help promote our token.

this is currently being done manually, in our TG group, we have already posted 5 buybacks and burn events. we are planning to do the 6th by the end of the countdown that is also posted on our TG.

There is fierce competition in the finance industry. Obviously, there are other projects that look like you. How will MIZUCHI deal with its rivals? Do you have details to guide users to you?

we look at rivals differently, we look at them as allies, our rivals that have succeeding for an extended period of time prove that meme coins can succeed over a long period of time.

Almost 3/4 of investors are focused purely on the price of token in short term instead of understanding the real value and health of the project. Could you tell us on motivations and benefits for investors to hold your token in long term?

I would say the number is greater than 3/4, which is why u always see tokens prices go down hours away from launch, the goal is to have a support base and grow from there, we believe that growth will be seen when we roll out our rewards program for holding mizuchi.

this is always the question in terms of safety, right now we have not gone through any audit but our source code is open for the public to view and verify if it is safe, transaction hash for liquidity locks and ownership renouncement is also present.

our team works remotely, mostly from home, we communicate over any voice/chat mediums available, as for crypto, we believe the pandemic may actually have had a positive impact on it by giving people more time to explore its possibilities and future use cases.
