Hello, everyone! Good afternoon! I am so excited to meet you and introduce Polker to your community. I am Tanya Badere, Admin Manager and Social Media Moderato for Polker. Among other things, I help build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification. I moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community. I also deal with queries that come in via our social media accounts and email, tracking them down, and making sure that the issues are resolved quickly and satisfactorily. Polker is made up of diverse, talented individuals from different parts of the globe, with backgrounds in finance, social media, gaming, crypto, dev, architecture, customer service, etc. It is with these different skill sets from the team members that make Polker such a dynamic and solid team, delivering on milestones after milestones. For sure, we are an imaginative and creative lot, bouncing ideas after ideas, carefully considering them, reviewing them, and executing carefully vetted ideas.

What is Polker? Please provide a detailed introduction.

Polker.Game is the first blockchain-based, Free to Play & Play to Earn, Poker NFT game that uses Unreal Engine 4 for immersive and powerful gameplay while utilizing a provably fair system and TRNG technology. Polker.Game plans to launch on platforms such as iOS, Android, Windows, and streaming platforms with intended support for next-gen VR, with stunning 3D characters, visual effects, and environments. PKR was formerly only used as the native token for Polker.Game before expanding the PKR ecosystem away from only Polker. Polker.Game is still the primary use case of PKR, and with the release of our beta, our focus is very much there still. PKR was founded in 2019 and has developed and grown massively over the last three years. PKR have multiple patent and patent-pending protocols which are implemented within Polker.Game but that are also available for integration into other platforms. Our philosophy focuses around four pillars — Diversity, Versatility, Fairness, and Transparency.

What is the role, Utility and usecase of $PKR?

PKR.io is a novel platform that offers multiple protocols that can be implemented alone or in combination. We provide solutions to problems that multiple industries that implement blockchain technology are facing. $PKR plays an important role in the PKR ecosystem as the utility token that powers the project. The Multi Crypto Marketplace is a unique protocol that allows users/gamers to use their cryptocurrency of choice whilst displaying the live value in the fiat currency of choice. The live price data is pulled from an oracle so that all parties involved have accurate price data displayed in the currency of choice. For e-commerce applications, this forms a simple checkout process allowing multiple cryptocurrencies to be implemented without the confusion of multiple chains and wallet usage. By allowing multiple cryptocurrencies to be used simultaneously, the protocol allows for a larger demographic. PKR was formerly only used as the native token for Polker.Game, which is a free-to-play and play-to-earn game. To access the play-to-earn system you need an initial buy-in of PKR. At the lowest level (approx $5) this doubles your EXP gain, doubles your play chip gain, allows access to tickets, NFTs, and the tournament game function. $PKR is also used for staking on the Ethereum platform already. Staking will be available on the Binance Smart Chain later this quarter.

With the use of Unreal Engine 4 allowing the impressive gameplay experience combined with the True Random Number Generator and Provably Fair Auditable Gameplay protocol, we think that we have created something truly unique. On top of that, Polker.Game is a play-to-earn NFT game and we really believe this is the future of online gaming. What makes all of this special is that the patented and patent-pending protocols used in Polker.
We are working on releasing our mainnet this fourth quarter, which will depend on our beta. We have launched our beta last 11/11/2021. The second beta run will be on 11/27/2021 at 11 AM UTC. This is a busy quarter for the Polker team as we are also working on a Tournament Game, BSC Staking, and Christmas Tournament. We will be launching the game on mobile by the second quarter of 2022, and launch new games by the fourth quarter of next year.

Could you tell us about the NFTs that can be developed in polker game. what opportunities will these represent within the ecosystem that you have developed and how will you ensure that?

We have some awesome NFTs designed by our own amazing graphic design team!
Not only do they look cool, but they have an abundance of in-game uses too. They can change the dealer, increase control over changing the entire environment and UI of the game, as well as increase that users gain XP whilst they play!
As I could see, Polker offers an innovative approach to RGN’s by using the TRNG system to create a randomized gaming environment backed by the vast potential of Blockchain, however, can you kindly explain why randomization is crucial in the Polker environment?

That’s a good question. The TRNG system we use from pkr.io is great. It’s a patented protocol we offer that allows RNG, but on-chain. Randomness and fairness are both pretty important when dealing with card games — we think so at least! And a lot of poker players and enthusiasts think so as well, with the expressed interest we get from them via our social medial channels.
The issue of graphics in online poker games is always a problem players face, yet, with Unreal Engine 4, Polker provides users with stunning real time graphics that include highly detailed assets like dealers, tables, and visual effects. How did you manage to use UE4 in Polker?

Ah, we’re quite proud that our game is based on Unreal Engine 4. Our team came together due to a love of three things — gaming, crypto, and cards. With these passions, the idea of a Poker game built in UE4 grew — one that was P2E and open to all. We now have 14 people on the development team — 6 of them dedicated UE4 Developers. We’re creating Poker reimagined here, it’s stunning.

Is your NFT available for buy now? What are the nft marketplaces we can trade? On what blockchain will you launch it?

We have issued pre-game NFTs and they can be viewed on OpenSea.io — some were sold and some were awarded as giveaways in our various competitions.
The collection is under Polker High-Rollers. We are currently working on our in-site marketplace and on a secondary market.

How safe is your platform? Has there been any Audit so that its safe from bugs and smart contract is fully audited?

Security is important for us. Our Smart Contract was fully audited by Beosin. Back in September, the penetration testing and security audit was done by Quinel, a leading independent and internationally accredited testing laboratory/inspection body in the field of gaming, serving the industry for almost 10 years and have laboratories in Italy, Malta, UK and Argentina leveraging international expertise.

Can you list 1–3 killer features of this project that makes it ahead of its competitors? What is the competitive advantage your project has that you feel most confident about?

Provably Fair System — which uses the potential of the blockchain to provide full transparency in every aspect of gameplay by using our multiple patents granted technology. The player is fully protected against fraud and cheating. We store every gameplay action and value as a hash in a smart contract on the blockchain. By taking the raw values and hashing them, you are able to compare and verify the results independently to prove there was no manipulation. our True Random Number Generator — a provably fair and auditable technology that uses both SHA-256 hashing in combination with blockchain technology. The protocol uses seed words
from the users (typically players) combined with a seed word from the PKR protocol. The resulting SHA-256 hash is then used to interact with a smart
contract on the blockchain network. The resulting block header from this transaction is used to create a provably fair random number. And our Free-to-Play and Play-to-Earn model. Free to play, meaning there is no barrier to playing — it can be for everyone and play-to-earn for our more serious poker players who wish to pit their skills to win our coveted NFTs.

Is your platform suitable for crypto beginners? Or does it only limited for professional users?
Tanya
Yes, it is. The great thing about Polker is that it is open for those who are for crypto investors, but also for our poker players. For those who are investing, we have avenues where they can earn. Staking is live for ERC-20 now, and we are working on BSC and NFT staking. Poker players can also access our earn-to-play system, with a minimum buy-in for the PKR pass. Most of all, if you just wish to have some fun, regardless of skill level, you, your family and friends can just play. Polker is completely free-to-play.

Too many projects promise magic but never release any working product or prove any revenue, Within a short/long time of release. Is your project also like this? If not can u tell us, What makes your project different from other projects?

We already have a viable product. We have released our beta last 11/11/2021 and we are working on the mainnet release later this quarter. Keep in mind that this was not an overnight process. Our game is based on patented and patent-pending technology, which proves that we have a solid project and that we are thinking long term. The revenue stream will be based on fees related to transactions in-game, and streaming ads. Our patents will also be available for third party use.

Do you plan to organize in-game tournaments around the world? Would you consider giving $PKR as a prize in organized tournaments?

We will have tournaments, but we will not give away PKR as a prize as Polker is a strictly non-gambling project. We have the NFT system for our play-to-earn system.
