My name is Anetta, I’m the Project Lead at Koi Metaverse. Before joining Koi I worked on different projects dealing with community management, community growth, project management and marketing. now I have an opportunity to use this experience to contribute to the growth and success of Koi Metaverse and that’s awesome! We have an amazing team that consists of the Product Director, Technical Director, Marketing Director, UI/UX designers, front-end developers, advisors and me. Our team has more than 10 years of experience in game development and they are experts in innovative game mechanisms, sidechain implementation, wallet integration etc.

What is KOI Metaverse? Please provide a detailed introduction.

Koi Metaverse is a fish farming game with a dual token system and valuable NFT assets in the form of fish. You can get these NFTs in different ways such as auctions, mystery boxes, breeding et. Each fish has different rarity levels, mining power and 14 generic components such as shape, colour, pattern, eyes etc. The highest mining power of the fish is determined by the combination of different parts. The higher the mining power, the higher rewards 🙂

What are the main role of NFT assets in Koiverse? How can players earn SHELL and KOI? Also tell us the difference of these two tokens.

The main role of NFTs in Koiverse in mining- you can collect fish, activate pictorial books, mine SHELL and KOI tokens? you can also use them as collateral to borrow ETH and USDT, you can sell them, you can rent them out and so on. SHELL token is the in-game currency that can be obtained and used in different ways within the game. For example, you can earn SHELL by staking your fish and can use it to grow or to breed fish. KOI token is the governance token which you can stake to share the ecological turnover, to get governance voting rights and to play our games 🙂
You can get KOI by locking a pure-bred fish into the pictorial book for example.

Different features of Koi Network are:
-marketplace for GameFi NFT assets
-DeFi hub for these assets and a GameFi index
-Developer Toolkit for creating and deploying games

-Cross-chain gateway to transfer your assets through different chains
-GameFi hub for game lovers and a launchpad for blockchain games.

As #GameFi & #Metaverse emerged as a new KoiMetaverse in the crypto world, how does NFT put these concepts into practice and maximize the benefits for players? In which way participant can really engage in your in-game features as well as contribute to the future development?
Anetta
As I mentioned above, you’ll be able to use your NFT assets in the game to earn SHELL and KOI tokens. Afterwards you can use SHELL tokens to grow and breed fish for more mining power and as result higher rewards. KOI tokens will be used for in-game payments, staking and governance. You’ll be able to share the revenue by staking KOI and you’ll be able to participate in the governance voting and make decisions on further development of the game. Also you can use your NFT assets in our DeFi hub to borrow, rent out, sell etc.
Will Multiple Player Mode be available on KoiMetaverse gaming platform so I can play with friends? What kind of in-game mechanics will be suitable for the game?

The main purpose of the game is mining, breeding, staking and earning rewards. In the future, we’ll be adding additional modules. For example, in December we’ll release Pictorial Book mining, fishing and pond in January and after we’ll release the PVP PVE battles, Island Defensive War and an NFT Card game.
could you explain us how the rental system works? Who decides the rental rates? Is it totally at the renter’s disposal or do you have already determined rates?

In Koiverse you can rent your NFT assets on our rental market. in order to be able to do so, you need to publish the following information: the leasing method, the rental price, the lease term and the asset price you think is reasonable. After you’ve published this information, GameFi assets will be trusted in the Koi escrow contract. If a renter accepts your offer and pays the full deposit and a lease fee, your NFT will be transferred from the contract to the renter 🙂

It’s easy to make a token but it’s really hard to make this token valuable? So what’s your startegy to make your token more valuable and what’s your plan to maintain token price and supply?

KOI token is a utility token and will be used for payments, staking and governance. So you need KOI tokens to be able to play and to by in-game items. Also, you can use KOI to share ecological turnover by staking. And you can participate in the governance voting by staking KOI. Enough reasons to hold😉

Although ETH 2.0 is delayed. When it is deployed on Blockchain, the problems of transaction fees and network speed will be solved, most of the projects today are built on BSC, so what do you think when your project uses the network? BSC instead of ETH?

We know all the shortcomings of the Ethereum network. That’s why we’ll build Ethereum sidechain and move to a Layer 2 solution after.

Our goal is to build a new generation infrastructure for GameFi assets of different standards and from different networks. And we’re building it for the community 🙂

Launching projects in a bull run is much profitable than during the bear cycle. In a bear run where most of the projects fail and sometimes gone into oblivion, how will “Koi Metaverse’ stand the test of times? What strategies do the project employ to mitigate possible losses?

People play games. Always. Not only in the bull market😅 That’s what makes gaming projects more resistant to bear market than any other projects out there.

Our private sale has been closed and now we’re preparing for the IDO which will take place around mid-December. That means our tokens aren’t available at the moment. So please be careful and don’t fall victim to scams.
